Sanei Online Shop sells leftover materials (metal and resin round bars) and processes these materials, such as inner and outer diameters, overall length, and drilling.

Sanei mainly produces optical jigs that support optical components.
Strict dimensional accuracy is required for spherical machining of cast plates and other optical jigs required for polishing.
In response to these strict requirements, we utilize the technology we have cultivated over many years. We produce products that meet the needs of the times using everything from NC lathes to multi-tasking machines.
At Sanei, we will develop together with the optical industry by responding to their needs, customizing, and producing the jigs and tools that will be needed as the optical industry develops.

(setup and machining on NC lathes, multi-tasking NC lathes, and conventional lathes)
Salary ・Base salary: ¥200,000 to ¥270,000
・Family allowance: ¥5,000+ per person
・Perfect attendance allowance: ¥10,000・Skill-based pay: ¥5,000~
・Position allowance: Paid separately・Commuting allowance: ¥500/km
※Salary increases available (2024 actual: Average ¥5,000/year)

Qualifications
/Eligibility		 ・Standard driver's license
・Age up to approximately 45 years old
・Graduates of Polytechnic Centers and those with NC experience are especially preferred
